We offer in-company bespoke training, coaching and consultancy solutions to organisations and their employees. This means that we provide our services especially for your employees either in-house or at a venue to suit you. We work with you to tailor the content, learning outcomes and even session duration to the needs of your people and organisation.
Face-to-face training provides a level of interaction, engagement and support that affords learners the opportunity to practice gained knowledge and skills in a safe environment providing them with confidence to transfer the learning back into workplace practice. Working face to face enables learners to work with one another to explore and find effective solutions to real workplace issues, and to develop positive working relationships.
We also offer a selection of open training courses. Open training sessions are of either one-day, or 2 – 3-hour duration, delivered at venues in Central and Greater London. They focus on a key subject, cover essential skills in that area, and are practical and interactive. Delegates on our open courses meet people from other organisations, and walks of life, and have an opportunity to share ideas and experiences.
